Where can one find quartz crystal in nature?

For spiritual purposes, I would like to find a quartz crystal not in a shop but in the wilderness. What is a good geological environment where crystals can be found. In such a place, where would one look, pan, dig, etc?

I would like to find 1 big one that fits in the palm of the hand, as well as some tiny ones that can be used to construct a rattle.

Also, what gear would I need to fetch them? For example: pan for water, hammer for rock, etc.
My question was about general geological environment, but if you know a good geographical area near North Texas that would be nice too Arkansas would actually be closer then the Big Bend mountains, which I think were volcanic at one time. Thanks all for the helpful answers. I’ll look into a local club. I was googling around and foung the term “rockhounding”, which seems to get me good results.

For your area, Arkansas is the best bet. The Mt. Ida area is THE place for quartz. There are several places where you can take your bucket and shovel and dig for quartz. The crystals here actually grown in clay instead of in geodes or similar rock matrix. They come in all sizes, shapes, and quality. Check out Arkansas quartz on eBay if you want to get a feel for what you are likely to find and the environment it comes from. There are several sellers. Good luck with your rock-hounding!

please only include recipes that require NO baking and that the ingredients are fact checked or any website that has the recipes

Well, I have 10 here which is more than any others that have recipes for them. Some are taken and credited from other sites, but most are my own.

I collected some of the recipes, but unfortunately, it’s extremely hard to find them. Most of them are recipes for eating rabbit, or rabbit dog treat recipes, or the common recipes such as Brenda’s Homemade Biscuit or others that use unproper ingredients for a rabbit.

Some requires baking but those are ones that I credit for so mines are easy DIY’s.

does it count as a green tea that can raise your metabolism, b/c i hate the taste of tea, but i like the diet lipton green tea with citrus… thanks
if it’s green tea flavored with bits of citrus or natural oils of citrus fruits, yes it counts as green tea. it’s used to mask the grassy woodsy flavor that some green tea has. Yea it’s contains the same EGCG and antioxidants as regular green tea.

Fender Twin Amp vs. Bassman???!?

Please help me out… even though it will come down to which I like best. Yesterday I sat 3 hours switching back and forth between the Twin Amp and the Bassman, and can’t decide. The Bassman has got such personality and such a great warm, mid-range tone, BUT I don’t like the bright channel. I find the Twin to be more versatile, and sounds great as well, but I can’t get that Bassman tone out of my head. I play country and blues and rock, and I know guitarists use both amps… If I decide to go with the Twin, is there any way to emulate that Bassman sound by tweeking the controls?

My fiance got in a car crash friday the total on the repairs for his car are going to cost him more then he paid for it.. i guess that tearn would be he totaled it.. But he is going to get a knew car because of that reason. and was lookin at buick regals like 2001. is this a good car.. and comments or advice on this?? any information would be greatly appriciated thank you!!!

This is a car for old people, that being said my father in law has one and it is a piece of junk! Try a Chevy, I`ve owned 2 in the last 14 years and they are quite dependable. I`ve only had my current one for less than a year , the one before for 13 years!!!!
